Hey, those are guidelines for me and you to work towards making some damn great art and figuring out the price, we'll discuss things out on Discord or whatever :DI usually take payments after confirming the first sketches with invoice on PayPal

Sketch: 35$+10$ Color ( Can make somewhat detailed sketch and artsy colors! )
Simple: 70$ ( Background colour, the characters well shaded still )
Detailed: 100$ ( Simple background included, detailed character )Half body:

Detailed background: $30-$100
Each additional character: 50%-80% of the base price
Additional detailed elements eg. wings, complex tattoos/design, jewelry: +10-20$ each

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship and obligations between Alicja ("Artist") and the client ("Client") in regards to commissions of custom art ("Artwork").Commissions
Requests for commissions must be clearly stated, with all relevant details provided upfront. The Artist retains the right to refuse any commission for any reason.Payment
All payments will be made via PayPal in [US Dollar] upon accepting initial sketches provided before partaking in detailed performance. Work on the commission will only begin after full payment has been received. All prices are non-negotiable and refunds will not be issued once work on the Artwork has begun.Completion Time
The Artist will make reasonable efforts to complete commissions in a timely manner, but does not guarantee a specific completion date. The Client will be notified of any significant delays.Revisions
Minor revisions can be requested during the sketching stage. Major revisions or revisions requested after the Artwork has been completed may incur additional charges.Rights and Usage
The Artist retains all rights to the Artwork, including the right to display, reproduce, and keep the Artwork making sure to credit the owner of characters contained within the Artwork. The Client may use the Artwork as they please, even if crediting the artist is advised.NSFW Content
The Artist may agree to create Artwork with mature or adult content, provided the Client is of legal age to view such content. The Artist retains the right to refuse any requests for content they are uncomfortable with.Cancellation
The Artist has the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to pay, or for any other reasonable cause.Agreement
By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to these Terms. Any violation of these Terms may lead to cancellation of the commission without a refund.
